Oh Happy Day: UW-Green Bay Commencement 2016 a highlight for friends and family, as well as the graduates
Certainly the 700-plus graduating seniors are the focal point, but UW-Green Bay commencement is a big celebration for Phoenix families, as well. By nature of the first-generation student population at UW-Green Bay, many Phoenix families are experiencing college commencement for the very first time.
