Rhinelander’s Cook wins Outstanding Student Award
The May 2011 recipient of the Outstanding Student Award as selected by the UW-Green Bay Alumni Association is Jeff Cook. He will accept the honor at the student awards ceremony Friday night (May 13), and be acknowledged from the stage at Saturday’s commencement. Cook graduates summa cum laude with three majors: Environmental Policy and Planning, Political Science, and Public Administration. He also earned a certificate in Environmental Sustainability and Business. As a research assistant with the Packers “Green Team” initiative this past academic year, Cook helped the franchise study the success of its recycling program at Lambeau Field.
