Clarification on 22-year-old mayor

Sorry, but we were so intrigued by the prospect of Manitowoc electing a 22-year-old as its mayor that we mischaracterized the relationship of Justin Nickels to the University. Nickels is a college student who has been enrolled at UW-Green Bay in the past, but not this current academic year.
