Music program lands a top signee

You see a lot of ink this time of year for high school students picking the college at which they’ll compete in sports.  So… it was kind of nice to see this recent local newspaper article in which a top student (from Two Rivers) goes on at length how happy he is to commit to UW-Green Bay and pursue his music education career.
