Festival Foods CEO gets straight As for leadership talk
Festival Foods President and CEO Mark Skogen spoke to a packed Alumni Room April 8, and earned nearly a perfect 4.0 average from the attendees (on 1 to 4 scale). He spoke about retaining customers through a culture of customer service, with many funny anecdotes and inspiring examples. Comments on evaluations collected by the Academic Staff Professional Development Programming Committee were gushing: “fantastic… well-prepared… made me think differently… excellent program… theory is applicable to many roles here at the University… outstanding and very motivational” were among the comments. Nearly 100 percent of respondents suggested bringing Skogen back to campus. You heard it hear first — if he returns, don’t miss it!
