Feature: UW-Green Bay grad is big deal in big department in Big Apple

Stephen Malmberg’s journey has taken him from childhood in Ashland, Wis., to a UW-Green Bay band camp to a degree in Public Administration to the Smithsonian to overseeing a $4 billion annual budget for New York City’s sewer and water services. The class of ’95 grad was visiting UW-Green Bay last week catching up with friends and some of his former professors, and he says he owes much to his experience here.
