The University received word March 26 that the UW System has granted the request for entitlement to begin planning an online Master of Science in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Leader Emphasis. This preliminary step was necessary to begin the process of developing a formal proposal for a master’s degree. UW-Green Bay’s Professional Program in Nursing has a successful RN to BSN program currently available through three tracks: campus track (started in 1981), BSN@Home online track (since 1996 for nurses in Wisconsin), and BSN-LINC online track (since 2000 for nurses residing outside Wisconsin).
