It will be a big data and analytics couple of days when the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) team from the SAS world headquarters in Cary, N.C., and several major Green Bay corporations, community organizations and federal agencies — including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), come together to discuss analytics, and offer SAS analytics workshops at UW-Green Bay in May. The event is Thursday, May 5 (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Friday, May 6 (7:30 a.m. to noon). SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is a software suite for advanced analytics and business intelligence, and is used at more than 75,000 sites worldwide including 93 of the top 100 Fortune 500 companies.
