Jena Richter, UWGB’s social media coordinator, was quoted in the Journal of Higher Education Web Professionals for the coordinated social marketing effort at UWGB during Green Bay’s NCAA Tournament march. “We created a specialized communication chain and as a collaborative team, we considered plans of action for the two possible outcomes — survive and advance or celebrate a great season— for two different teams,” she said.
