UW-Green Bay Facilities Planning and Management staff members need to perform a short electrical transfer within the campus substation in order to be running on the main electrical relay. Their tentative plan is to do this work on March 18, 2020 from 5:30 a.m. to 5:45 a.m. The power outage would affect all academic buildings, Weidner Center, the Kress Events Center, Wisconsin Public Radio and cellular antenna providers. It would not affect the Residence Life buildings. The outage would require that you turn off any sensitive electronic equipment prior to this event. Contact Paul Pinkston, director of Facilities Planning and Management, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you anticipate a critical conflict.
