UW-Green Bay alumnus Joel Hansen joins Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Economic Development Board of Directors

The Greater Green Bay Chamber welcomes Joel Hansen ’01 (Accounting and Business Administration), MBA, CPA and chief financial officer of Pomp’s Tire Service, to its economic development board of directors.  Hansen oversees all support service functions for Pomp’s Tire Service in both Green Bay and Kansas City, including accounting, human resources and information technology. He also serves as the corporate treasurer and secretary on the Pomp’s board of directors. Hansen is a Green Bay native who attended Green Bay Southwest High School and UW-Green Bay. He later pursued his master’s degree in business administration from UW Oshkosh. His community involvement is broad and includes serving as a past member of the City of Green Bay’s Economic Development Authority; various roles with Leadership Green Bay, former Small Business Council and the Business Recognition Luncheon with the Greater Green Bay Chamber; with his local alma mater’s alumni association and Cofrin School of Business alumni advisory committee; and many other community contributions.
