Chernick wins Free Enterprise Award

UW-Green Bay alumnus Rick Chernick, CEO of Camera Corner/Connecting Point in Green Bay, is the 29th recipient of the Green Bay Rotary Club’s Free Enterprise Award. The award will be presented May 3 at a banquet at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, Ashwaubenon. Camera Corner was started in 1953 by Chernick’s father, Norman. Chernick joined the firm in 1974 after graduating from UW-Green Bay. He was named vice president in 1975 and CEO in 1984. Here’s a story about the award.
