Visiting Slovak activist Lubomira Slusna was awarded the key to the city of Green Bay Wednesday (March 6), honored by city Mayor Jim Schmitt during an afternoon reception in the University Union. Slusna spoke about the struggle for equality of Slovakia’s Roma people during UW-Green Bay’s International Women’s Day Luncheon, and again during an afternoon public address.
