Phoenix women back in first place; showdown Saturday at Hinkle

The UW-Green Bay women’s basketball team won Thursday to tie with Butler for first place in the Horizon League, with a showdown set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Both teams had 12-3 conference records. Saturday’s winner will have the inside track on hosting the Horizon League tournament. The game will be broadcast on AM 1400 WDUZ, and video streamed at www.greenbayphoenix.com.
