UW-Green Bay dietetic interns will lead the annual Cooking Demo from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 30, 2017 in the Mauthe Center. In keeping with this year’s theme, “Keep it SIMPLE,” the interns will present six recipes with six ingredients or less including appetizers, entrees and dessert with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
