Justin Mallet, UW-Green Bay’s director of diversity, says he just might have to expand the capacity of next year’s campus Soul Food Dinner to 325. That’s because this year’s event, on Saturday, hosted by the Black Student Union and the American Intercultural Center, was full up at 250 attendees.
