Leadership Integrity theme for early April SBDC workshop

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering “Leading with Integrity” for small business owners and their team members as well as supervisors, executives, young professionals, and emerging leaders within any organization.

Participants learn how to develop a leadership foundation based upon their core values, traits that inspire, staying true to a mission, and planning with a purpose. These foundations lay the groundwork positively impacting employee performance. Read more in this week’s press release.
