UW-Green Bay’s First Nations program will be getting a major donation.

Delaware North, the foodservice partner with the Green Bay Packers, has announced that the First Nations program will be receiving $20,000 annually over the next five years.

According to the UW-Green Bay website, the First Nations program “is committed to the study of American Indian culture, philosophy, history, language, and the social, economic and political status of indigenous people and their communities.”

Jamie Obletz, president of Delaware North Sportservice said that educational studies such as this one have a significant importance in developing great leaders.
