The Green Bay women’s basketball team did not win the Horizon League regular-season title for the first time in two decades last season, but it didn’t lose any respect in league circles. Green Bay and Wright State were picked as co-favorites in the preseason poll released by the Horizon League on Thursday. Both teams received 91 points and four first-place votes.
