Columnist praises concept of UW tech centers as R&D gain

Tom Still, writing in the Wisconsin Technology Network News, is a big fan of the newly announced proposal to open seven “emerging technology centers” on University of Wisconsin System campuses. The centers would serve industry while engaging faculty and student research talent.
