University of Wisconsin-Green Bay to hold open house, dedication ceremony for Cort Condon Hall | WFRV
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay say they will soon be holding an open house and dedication ceremony for the recently built Cort Condon Hall.
According to a release, the open house and dedication ceremony are being held as a way to honor the “forward-thinking” design and latest innovations in campus housing.
Officials mention the dedication ceremony will honor the Chairman of University Village Housing, Inc. (UVHI), Gerald C. “Cort” Condon, Jr.
Condon is said to be an instrumental part of the planning, designing, and building of the $38 million project.
Officials say leaders from UWGB, design and construction business representatives, and the UVHI board of directors will dedicate the building while also providing insight into the intentional innovative spaces for students.
There will be refreshments at the event and tours of the shared lounge spaces, the two-bedroom student apartments, and the four-bedroom student apartments will also be available.
The dedication and open house event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
