Based on participant feedback, UW-Green Bay has streamlined and enhanced the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate Program with more in-depth modules across eight weeks. The program is designed to address the complexities of cultural and societal biases and how they manifest in conversations and interactions at home, at work, and at play. The program is available in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. Each module addresses a specific topic for self-study with more comprehensive discussion available in online live sessions. The final panelist session is mandatory. Participants can choose two of the other four, based on their needs and/or interests.
