Former Green Bay men’s basketball guard Cordero Barkley ’09 and ’16 (Business Administration and Management) is taking over program director duties for the Purple Aces AAU team. Barkley just completed his seventh season with the Purple Aces. The Press-Gazette’s Scott Venci has the story. Barkley will be one of three graduates to receive an Outstanding Recent Alumni Award this year. He currently serves as assistant vice president, trust relationship manager with Associated (Bank) Private Client & Institutional Services. He is also a member of the UW-Green Bay Council of Trustees, the UW-Green Bay Alumni Advisory Board, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Educational Foundation and the Green Bay Police Foundation.
