MARINETTE—The show must go on at the Herbert L. Williams Theatre on the UW-Green Bay—Marinette Campus. And it appears it will do so with much-needed improvements.
The Marinette County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved a total of more than $600,000 toward renovation of the interior of the historic theatre. It approved entering into an agreement with Howard Immel Inc. (aka Immel Construction) of Green Bay in the amount of $329,300 and to approve the use of up to an additional $290,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for the project.
