WEDC wants to keep graduates in the state
Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is making an effort to make sure graduates know that Wisconsin has opportunities for them. The WEDC teamed up with local colleges (UW-Green Bay being one of them) in a campaign to bring alumni back to Wisconsin. Dr. Tina Sauerhammer ’99 (Human Biology) says Wisconsin is taken granted for by graduates who grew up in the area. She and UW-Green Bay Chancellor Gary L. Miller believe that there are opportunities for graduates in Wisconsin. The campaign’s goal is to help them to find those opportunities. See photos of Dr. Sauerhammer on the UWGB alums Facebook page.
