St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay Students Take Part in Sixth Annual Ruck March for Veterans | St. Norbert College

Two St. Norbert College students along with two students from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, will conduct the sixth annual 140-mile ruck march to raise money and awareness for American veterans.

The St. Norbert students taking part are Samuel Skiff (Fond du Lac, Wis.) and Andrew Lopez (Green Bay). They will ruck for seven days down the coast of Lake Michigan beginning at the Veteran’s Memorial outside Lambeau Field on June 27 and finishing their journey at the Veterans Park Memorial in downtown Milwaukee on July 3.

Their goal is to raise $20,000. Every dollar raised goes to 4th HOOAH, a veterans charity group out of Green Bay. This group provides local veterans support groups, skydiving and scuba diving opportunities, window and A/C repair, and other supportive methods.For more information or to donate, go to https://hooahinc.org/event/for-them-ruck-march/.
