Generous donation to benefit UW-Green Bay

The Press-Gazette has reported that Green Bay residents Pauline and Ron Heim donated $16.5 million to the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, the largest single gift in the foundation’s history. As well, an anonymous donor made a $5 million donation to the foundation. These gifts will provide funding for many nonprofits in the Green Bay area. The UW-Green Bay Foundation expects to receive about $75,000 annually, which will be designated for scholarships in the name of Ron C. and Pauline P. Heim.
