UW-Green Bay lost a special young student with the traffic death earlier this week of former Kiel High School valedictorian Whitney Radder. That was the message of a news report yesterday on WLUK Fox-11. Among those interviewed was Kim Desotelle, head of the Phuture Phoenix program which numbered Radder among its most promising young mentors for at-risk children.
