As described in a proposal to the Green Bay Redevelopment Authority, Michalkiewicz’s company, Giveadaam Ventures LLC, intends to introduce passive housing — housing that consumes no energy — to Green Bay. Buildings with net zero energy consumption are relatively new in the U.S., but especially so in Wisconsin and Green Bay.
