Gerds review: Playful ‘Pinafore’ earns 4.5 stars out of 5

Local 5 Critic-at-Large Warren Gerds posted a 4.5-out-of-5 stars review this weekend for “H.M.S. Pinafore,” Gilbert and Sullivan’s comic opera that played the Weidner Center Friday (March 14). The performance by the New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players was a funny and playful show that included numerous highlights, Gerds said.
