In the news: Summer camps publicity

The daily newspaper in Portage, Wis., recently ran a feature story about traditional summer camps expanding to feature University offerings in a range of academic areas. “Camps at UW-Green Bay and Michigan Tech offer options in humanities and social sciences in addition to STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) camps,” the article said. It quotes Mona Christensen, director of camps and conferences at UW-Green Bay, who cited a robotics camp and “Life’s a Lab” camp as relatively new additions. Read more.
