A group from the UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus participate in Da Polar Plunge during Da Yooper Winterfest Saturday at Victory Beach in Menominee. Pooper Toilet Trot races and a Chill-Y Cookoff also took place. The 5th annual event is organized by the River Cities Community Pool Association.
