“Beginning Feb. 4 through April 10, UW-Green Bay students will be on hand to help low-income individuals and families through the Internal Revenue Service’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.” Help will be offered at The Salvation Army, 626 Union Court, Green Bay on Tuesdays, from 5 to 8 p.m., and at the Brown County Public Library, 515 Pine St., Green Bay on Wednesdays from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be no assistance on March 17 or 18, due to Spring Break.
