GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A local barbershop is bringing its services to a college setting. Starz Barber & Beauty held its grand opening on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus on Tuesday. Starz Barber & Beauty offers discounted services and safe space for all students on UW-Green Bay campus. It’s more than just a haircut. A trip to Starz Barber & Beauty is therapeutic for UW-Green Bay freshman Liam Tumblin.
