Staff notes: Schiller and Steliga

Jamel Schiller, an MIS Application Developer and Erek Steliga, an IS Business Analyst in Computing and Information Technology, presented at the 2011 ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers – International ) Business Operations Conference held in Orlando, Florida, October 12-15.  Their presentation “Express Services: Real-Time Power = Enhanced Coordination & Service”  describes how UW-Green Bay has utilized online systems and automation to provide students with quick and efficient check-in and check-out, room assignment information, move-in dates/times, dining plan changes, room condition reports and door access automation, and how these processes have positively impacted operations in Residence Life and Facilities.
