Pam Harvey-Jacobs, director of Admissions, has an interesting story to tell about participating in the Door County 100-Mile Challenge (a local-food initiative). She describes her experience — she was successful with her realistic green goal of roughly two-thirds of her food coming from local sources — in a recent edition of Door County Living magazine.
