Prof. Sarah Meredith Livingston of the music faculty and the Arts and Visual Design academic unit is a co-presenter at a St. Norbert College symposium, “An Evening with Abbess Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179) – Mystic, Composer, Healer.” The symposium is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 17) in the Union Lounge of Sensenbrenner Student Union. Meredith Livingston will present “Soul of Vision: Hildegard’s Music” at the symposium. Her co-presenter is St. Norbert College English Prof. Edward L. Risden, who will discuss “Hildegard as Intellectual: The Spiritual and Creative Muse.” More.
