“The Millennial Wave and the Changing Nature of Work” by UW-Green Bay Associate Lecturer Susan M. Frost (Humanities) and Christine Henseler has been published on the website 4Humanities. The article explores how Herman Melville’s “Bartleby the Scrivener” exposed challenges faced by 21st century businesses. Frost is the president of Frost Marketing Communications, Inc. Her academic focus is the relevance and application of the Humanities in leadership and management for business, healthcare and STEM studies.
