UW-Green Bay lecturer Alexander Bozzo (Humanities) recently had his paper “Faint Impressions, Forceful Ideas” published in the journal History of Philosophy & Logical Analysis. The paper considers a long-standing debate in Hume scholarship over the way Hume characterizes his distinction between impressions and ideas (two kinds of perception).
