Kalsow promoted to assistant coach

Jason Kalsow, who spent last season as the team’s director of basketball operations, has been hired as an assistant coach for the Phoenix men’s basketball team. Well-known in Wisconsin basketball circles, Kalsow was an integral part of the UW-Stevens Point men’s basketball program prior to becoming a Phoenix. He was a standout player for the NCAA Division III Pointers, helping the squad to a pair of national championships (2004, 2005) and winning Division III national player of the year his senior season.
