Faculty note: Midsummer’s Music welcomes new board member, Phil Clampitt – Door County Pulse

Midsummer’s Music has welcomed two new members to three-year terms on its board of directors.Karin Myers holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in computational mathematics with a minor in business economics from DePauw University. She has spent her career in finance, accounting and systems analysis. In April, Myers will join the board’s executive committee and become treasurer when current treasurer Nancy Borghesi transitions to her new board role. Phillip G. Clampitt earned his Ph.D. from the University of Kansas and is the Blair Endowed Chair of Communication at UW-Green Bay, where he was previously designated the Hendrickson Named Chair of Business. The Wall Street Journal and MIT Sloan Management Review have highlighted his work on “decision downloading.”
