“When is perception top-down and when is it not? Culture, narrative, and attention” is the title of a paper published in the first 2014 edition of the interdisciplinary journal Cognitive Science, written by Assistant Prof. Sawa Senzaki, Human Development and Psychology. 2014. The paper examines cultural differences in visual attention using eye-tracking methods.
