Prof. Emerita Carol Emmons (Art and Design) is presenting the lecture “Five Difficult Pieces: You Call That Art?” at the Trout Museum in Appleton on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 1 p.m. The talk is in conjunction with the “Guild Hall: An Adventure in the Arts” exhibition that features over 70 works by artists including Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Chuck Close, Willem de Kooning, Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Thomas Moran, Robert Rauschenberg and James Rosenquist.
