Important changes to UW-Green Bay purchase card processing
UW-Green Bay Purchasing will be transitioning from the current manual system of P-Card documentation to an online, digital reconciliation and reallocation module in the Shared Financial System (SFS). This transition will change how cardholders and approvers reconcile (including adding attachments and business purpose online), reallocate funding, and approve transactions. The Go-Live date for the SFS P-Card Module is Monday, March 20, 2023 to coincide with the beginning of a new P-Card cycle.
All cardholders and P-Card approvers are invited to join one of our pre-launch training and demo sessions via Microsoft Teams. It is highly recommended all cardholders and approvers attend one of the available sessions prior to launch date, however there will be additional training options after the launch.
