Prof. Aniruddha Pangarkar to present at Frontiers in Services Conferences

Assistant Prof. Aniruddha Pangarkar (Marketing), authored “Recurring Service Failure Crises: An Investigation into Antecedents, Implications, and Firm Resolution Strategies,” a paper which was recently accepted to be presented at the prestigious 2022 Frontiers in Services Conference. The conference will be held during June 24-26, 2022, at Babson College in Massachusetts.
