UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus Assistant Prof. Alise Coen (Political Science, Public & Environmental Affairs) will be delivering a presentation entitled “Refugees and Global Migration: Closing Borders and Resisting Responsibility” on Monday, Feb. 4, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Manitowoc Public Library. The presentation will explore global trends towards border fortifications and closures in the wake of international migration and displacement crises, highlighting the response of the United States and other world powers. The presentation is part of the U.S. Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions lecture series. Learn more.
