Judicial Affairs Coordinator Mark Olkowski spoke Thursday (Jan. 23) with WTAQ Radio’s Jeff Flynt, discussing a new presidential task force on college sexual assault. President Obama unveiled the task force earlier this week, with the goal of reducing sexual violence on college campuses. “I like the idea that they’re putting together a team to kind of create a toolbox of, here’s the best practices we’re finding across the country,” Olkowski said. “So that we could pick out some of those and say, ‘we think these will work on our campus,’ or ‘this will work for our population on campus.’ ” Olkowski also spoke about what UW-Green Bay already is doing to address the issue.
