Zorn’s NAS lecture to discuss remote sensors for Great Lakes monitoring

The next presentation in the twice-a-month NAS Seminar Series is scheduled for this Friday (Nov. 30). Prof. Michael Zorn of Natural and Applied Sciences will present “Environmental Sensors for Continuous, In-Situ Water Monitoring in the Great Lakes.” Sensors attached to buoys or moored stations can minimize seasonal and weather-related disruptions to data collection, for example. The pre-talk social starts at 3 p.m. in Environmental Sciences Room 317, followed by the 3:30 p.m. presentation in ES 328.
