Live from campus, Good Day Wisconsin highlights Food Day at UW-Green Bay

UW-Green Bay’s Food Day celebration was featured Monday (Oct. 20) morning in four live segments on Fox 11’s Good Day Wisconsin. Reporter Pauleen Le spent the morning at the Mauthe Center, where Food Day’s first event — the No Waste Breakfast — took place from 7:30-10 a.m. She talked to student organizers about the day’s lineup, helped cook the dishes that will be served during the evening’s community dinner, talked to No Waste Breakfast attendees and more. Tonight’s Food Day events include a free community dinner from 5-6 p.m., which will be followed by a keynote address from Chef Michel Nischan at 6 p.m. in the Phoenix Room of the University Union.
