Big-time Chef Nischan to keynote Food Day events Oct. 20

Nationally renowned Chef and radio host Michel Nischan will serve as the keynote speaker for UW-Green Bay’s Food Day celebration Monday, Oct. 20 in the Phoenix Room. The award-winning chef and sustainable food advocate will speak from 6-7 p.m. to conclude the day’s events. A full slate of Food Day activities will precede Nischan’s address, starting with a free No Waste Breakfast at the Mauthe Center and continuing with “Inspiring Farm to Fork Characters and Stories,” “A Panel of Food System Movers and Shakers” and a Community Dinner.
